Mt. Amasa, crafted from grapes in Yatir Forest’s unique terroir, matured for 5 months in concrete amphorae, oak barrels, and stainless steel. This blend of 52% Viognier, 33% Chenin Blanc, and 15% Roussanne showcases golden-green hues and aromas of summer fruits like melon and peach. It combines ripe fruit flavors with vibrant acidity and a refreshing finish.
